New Return Policy

Effective September 23, 2024

As part of our continuous improvement approach, we would like to inform you of our new returns policy, effective September 23, 2024. This update aims to simplify and accelerate the processing of returns to better meet your needs. Here are the main guidelines to follow:

Eligible Products for Instant Credit

Certain returns can be processed instantly upon delivery by our delivery driver, under the following conditions:

  • Products not conforming to the invoice,
  • Products damaged or of poor quality,
  • Products that have expired or whose use-by date has passed.

Important note: Special orders are not eligible for return.

Other Credit Requests

If your situation does not fall within the above criteria, here are the steps to follow to apply for credit:

  • The customer has 48 hours following delivery to submit a credit request.
  • Claims made after this time will not be processed.
  • All returned products must be in their original format and packaging.
  • Contact your internal sales agent by telephone or e-mail, specifying the details of the order and the reasons for the credit request.
  • The request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will inform you of our decision.
  • Return charges may apply depending on the products returned.
